Question 1

What drinks can I order?

Accepted Answer

Everything from water to whiskey: soft drinks, wines, spirits and more. Browse by category from the homepage; what's available depends on your delivery city and the store or vendor fulfilling your order.

Question 2

Do you sell in bulk?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Sippy's bulk orders for business offer bulk pricing and 14-day invoice payment terms for bars, restaurants, hotels and stores restocking regularly. See the bulk orders for business page to set up a trade account.

Question 3

What is the minimum order requirement?

Accepted Answer

Minimum order values vary by city and by which store or vendor is fulfilling your basket. The minimum that applies to your order is shown in your cart before checkout.

Question 4

How can I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Add items to your cart and check out. Retail orders are paid by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, or from your Sippy wallet balance. Your delivery window is shown at checkout once you've picked your address.

Question 5

Can I request specific brands or vendors?

Accepted Answer

Every product page shows which store or vendor is fulfilling that listing, along with price and, where available, their rating and typical lead time, so you can choose a specific vendor from the "Available from these stores" section.

Question 6

Do you have a return policy?

Accepted Answer

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return as soon as possible after delivery so it can be reviewed within that window.
