Delivery windows

Sippy operates in multiple cities, and delivery windows differ by city and by how far an order is from the vendor or store fulfilling it. Rather than publish a single figure that would not hold true everywhere, the delivery window for your specific order is shown at checkout once you have picked your delivery address, based on your city and the store or vendor fulfilling your basket.

Minimum orders

Minimum order values can vary by city and by which store or vendor is fulfilling your basket. The minimum that applies to your order is shown in your cart before you check out. Trade accounts placing bulk orders should see bulk orders for business for how wholesale ordering works.

Payment methods

Retail orders are paid for by card, bank transfer or USSD through Paystack, or from your Sippy wallet balance. Trade accounts with an active supply agreement are invoiced and pay by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice date.

Returns policy

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. To request a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return as soon as possible after delivery so it can be reviewed within that window.

How the Sippy marketplace works

Some products on Sippy are supplied and delivered by Sippy's own stores (marked as Sippy Official), and some are supplied by independent vendors who list stock on the Sippy marketplace. Every product page shows which store or vendor is fulfilling each listing, along with price, and where available, that vendor's rating and typical lead time, so you can see exactly who you are buying from before you order.

Vendors are reviewed before they are allowed to list stock on Sippy. Sippy Official listings are shown ahead of a third-party vendor when their price is competitive with the cheapest listing available; otherwise the listing shown first is chosen by price, then by the vendor's rating and typical lead time. You can always see and choose a different vendor for a product from the "Available from these stores" section on its product page.
